Course Dates: This is a face-to-face course that will meet on the following two Saturdays:  February 10 and 17 from 9am to 12pm on the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campus, 8350 N. Tamiami Trail, C116A | Sarasota, FL 34243

About the Instructor:  Ross P. Alander, MLIR, alanderconsulting.com is a retired Senior Lecturer in Management Studies from the USFSM College of Business. He is a Labor Arbitrator and on the Labor Panel with the American Arbitration Association and a Employment Mediator via the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. He has a Bachelors in Sociology and Economics and a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.He has been on both sides of negotiations, work experience in both the public and private sector,is a volunteer at the Conflict Resolution Program at the Carter Center and has numerous hours of negotiations training at the Harvard Law School.
